Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

1. The service

PS Business ("the suite") is a set of software applications offered as a subscription by the operator of ps-business.store("we", "us"). One account gives access to the apps included in your plan. We may add, change or retire individual apps; apps marked as experimental or incubating may change or disappear without notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in your workspace. Workspace owners control who they invite and what those members can access. You must provide accurate billing information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout in the currency determined by your country.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for what is refundable.
  • Some features are metered. Usage beyond your plan's included quota may be blocked or require an upgrade; we show usage on the billing page.
  • Trial periods, when offered, convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the suite to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to send spam, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without an agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

5. Your data

Content you put into the suite stays yours. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and back it up in order to run the service. Our privacy policy describes what we collect and why. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

6. Availability and support

The suite is provided "as is" without a guaranteed service level unless your plan states one. We work to keep the service available and to fix problems promptly, and we announce planned maintenance when practical.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, for paying customers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance. Either side may terminate: you by cancelling, us with reasonable notice or immediately for serious breach.
