Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

What we collect

  • Account data — email address, name, workspace membership, and authentication records (including optional two-factor settings).
  • Billing data — plan, subscription status, invoices, and your country (used to price in your currency). Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Content — what you and your workspace put into the apps, processed only to provide the service.
  • Usage analytics — product events such as page views and feature use. Analytics identify you by a one-way hash, not by your email; events carry a consent category and a retention period, after which they are deleted.

What we use it for

Running the service, billing you correctly, enforcing plan limits, securing accounts, understanding which apps are used so we can improve them, and sending service email (receipts, security notices, and — with your consent settings — product notifications and digests).

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the suite.
  • We do not read your content except to operate the service, to investigate abuse, or when you ask us to for support.

Who else processes data

Our payment provider (checkout, subscriptions, invoices), our hosting provider (infrastructure), and our email delivery provider (transactional mail). Each receives only what its job requires.

Your rights

You can access and export your data, correct it, and request deletion of your account and personal data from the account settings or by emailing support@ps-business.store. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced on this page and by email to account holders before they take effect.
